We gain agency valuations, balanced with our own market knowledge, to establish what your property is worth. Remember, agents can be prone to flattery to win listings, so due diligence is important, to ensure the right selling price is determined.

We determine how much should be spent on marketing & preparation.

We discuss sale strategy options and advise you which will be most productive for your particular sale and market conditions, for example: private treaty, expression of interest, silent auction or public auction.

From there we work closely with the appointed agent throughout the campaign to ensure their best attention and review progress.

Finally, we’ll assist in negotiations to ensure the best possible result.
